At Berkenrhode we have various holiday homes for sale for up to 10 persons. We currently offer, among other things, holiday homes on poles, semi-detached homes, and forest villas. All homes have been developed sustainably and have a luxurious look. The homes are off the gas grid, energy neutral, and feature water-saving shower heads. Why buy a home at Marea Leisure?
If you buy a home at one of our holiday parks, you can choose to rent it out partially. The advantage of this is that you can also use the home yourself, if it is not rented out at that moment. Additionally, you can also use the many park facilities such as the swimming pool and the catering facilities. You will also receive an attractive yield if you decide to (partially) rent it out.
